His clinical focus targets the most challenging areas of internal medicine, specifically the aggressive management of multi-system disease processes, including:

  • Cardiometabolic Disease: Advanced medical weight management, obesity protocols, hyperlipidemia (HPL), and comprehensive care for Coronary Artery Disease (CAD) and heart failure. He manages diabetes including complex diabetes patients.

  • Complex Pulmonary Conditions: Rigorous long-term management of chronic lung diseases, including Asthma, Emphysema, and COPD and different types of sleep breathing disorders including complex cases and overlap cases.

Acting as the central clinical strategist for his patients, Dr. Gharagozlou utilizes modern pharmacotherapy, continuous digital monitoring, and metabolic optimization to halt disease progression. He actively coordinates care with a trusted network of regional sub-specialists and bariatric surgeons, ensuring that patients with heavy disease burdens receive cohesive, elite-level medical management.
